The grand ballroom of Sterling Manor was filled once again with music and laughter—but the energy in the room was completely transformed.

Clara walked up to my side, wearing an elegant ivory silk gown that shimmered softly in the light. She looked radiant, her face glowing with happiness. She slipped her arm through mine, resting her head gently against my shoulder.

"And now?"
I wrapped my arm around her waist, pulling her close, feeling the steady, warm rhythm of her heart.

"Now I know that the accident wasn't a tragedy," I whispered, kissing her forehead tenderly. "It was the best thing that ever happened to me. It stripped away the fake world so I could find the only thing that truly mattered."
We turned together and walked down the marble steps into the warm glow of the ballroom—hand in hand, stepping boldly into a future built on honor, love, and unwavering kindness.
