Chapter 15 - A Vow Under the Starlit Sky: The Truth, The Justice, and Forever

The wedding of Julian Vance and Elena Morales was not a corporate spectacle.
There were no paparazzi permitted, no business deals being negotiated, and no uninvited socialites looking down on others.
It was held on the rolling green cliffs of the restored Hudson Valley Estate, under a grand canopy of white blossoms and golden fairy lights. The guests included Mateo Morales, the doctors and nurses from the institute, the entire catering staff who had once worked alongside Elena, and the loyal security team who had stood by Julian during his darkest hour.
Elena walked down the aisle on the arm of her father, Mateo, who stood tall, healthy, and proud, with tears of immense joy in his eyes.
Elena wore a custom gown of flowing white silk, radiating a beauty so pure and magnificent that Julian felt his breath leave his lungs as she approached the altar.
When Mateo placed Elena’s hand into Julian’s, Julian looked at the older man with deep reverence. “I will protect her and cherish her with my life, sir.”
“I know you will, son,” Mateo replied, smiling through happy tears.
Standing under the starlit sky, Julian and Elena took each other’s hands.
“Elena,” Julian said, his voice echoing with unbreakable conviction, “you entered my life by shattering a glass, but what you truly shattered was the darkness that blinded me. You gave me truth, you gave me purpose, and you gave me a love that I will honor for all eternity.”
Elena looked into Julian’s eyes, her heart overflowing with complete peace and boundless happiness.
“Julian,” Elena vowed, her voice steady, warm, and clear, “I promised to protect you when you were a stranger, and I promise to love you, cherish you, and stand beside you through every storm and every triumph. You are my home, my protector, and my forever.”
The minister smiled warmly. “By the power vested in me by the truth and love you share, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Julian, you may kiss your bride.”
