At midnight, Marcus led a federal tactical team down to the private marina where a luxury yacht, the Sea Phantom, sat with its engines idling, prepared to smuggle Wendy and Julian’s offshore millions out of the country.
I stood on the pier alongside the federal commander, watching through night-vision monitors as SWAT operators breached the vessel from both sides.
