Chapter 13 - Courtroom Reckoning: The Return Of The Parker Billion-Dollar Trust

Six months after the raids, the final judgment was rendered in the United States District Court in Alexandria.

The courtroom was packed to capacity with military veterans, aerospace engineers, and national journalists.

Judge Robert Harrison banged his heavy wooden gavel onto the bench.

“In the matter of the Estate of Captain Thomas Parker v. Marcus Vance and Vance Defense Dynamics,” Judge Harrison declared, his voice echoing through the silent chamber. “The court orders the complete, immediate dissolution of Vance Defense Dynamics. All patents, assets, manufacturing facilities, and real estate holdings—valued at $4.2 billion—are hereby transferred unconditionally to the Parker Aerospace Trust, under the sole ownership and management of Claire Elizabeth Parker and Ethan Thomas Parker.”

The judge turned his stern gaze toward Marcus Vance.

“For the premeditated murder of Captain Thomas Parker and twenty years of treasonous corporate racketeering, Marcus Vance is hereby sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole at ADX Florence Supermax.”
