Chapter 12 - The Algorithmic SiegeThe realization hit me with the force of a freight train. Arthur Vance was notorious in the tech underworld. He was a ghost who funded his operations with untraceable dark money and utilized highly advanced cyber-mercenaries to dismantle his rivals. By weaponizing the bureaucratic systems I relied on, he had effectively branded my company as a criminal enterprise in the eyes of foreign governments and tech monopolies.

"If we don't get this permanent restriction lifted by Friday, our international investors will pull their funding for the entire Asian expansion," I said, pacing the length of my glass-walled boardroom later that afternoon. "Arthur knows we rely on cash flow. He’s trying to bankrupt us so he can buy our distressed assets for pennies."
"We’ve dispatched our top corporate attorneys to the labor board to prove the workplace rules were forged," Mark said, rubbing his tired eyes. "But the bureaucratic red tape will take weeks to clear. Arthur used a highly sophisticated proxy network to submit the fake documents. He’s untraceable."
"He thinks he’s untraceable," I corrected, a fierce, calculating fire suddenly igniting in my chest. I refused to be a victim. I had survived Daniel’s emotional and financial abuse; I was not going to let an arrogant billionaire destroy my empire with forged paperwork.
"Mark," I said, turning to my fiancé, my voice completely devoid of fear. "Arthur thinks he can hide behind proxies and fake compliance complaints. But we don't fight the legal system. We hijack the network."
Within an hour, the boardroom was transformed into a high-tech war room. We locked the doors and initiated a highly encrypted, offshore video conference line. The screen blinked to life, displaying two brilliant, elite offshore digital architects I kept strictly off the books: Nguyễn Xuân Tới and Nguyễn Trường Giang.
"The attack is sophisticated, Claire," Tới noted immediately, his eyes scanning the cascading lines of code on his end as Mark fed him the data packets from the Meta ban. "Arthur’s syndicate is using decentralized servers to push the forged documents. But that’s not all. He also deployed thousands of black-market Facebook VIA clone accounts to flood Meta’s compliance bots with fake whistleblower reports, triggering the permanent lock."
"Can you trace the VIA accounts back to him?" I asked, leaning over the table.
Giang’s fingers flew across his mechanical keyboard. "They are hiding behind military-grade firewalls. But Arthur made one fatal mistake. He’s arrogant. He’s actively monitoring your server traffic right now to see if his sabotage is working. If we deploy a custom software tool update, we can embed a digital beacon into the data he’s scraping."
"We use a digital sponge," Tới smiled, a brilliant, dangerous glint in his eye. "I am aggressively rerouting all of his surveillance queries through our custom web traffic platform, slink.live."

"The slink.live platform will seamlessly absorb his hits," Giang explained. "And while it filters the traffic, it will silently scrape the cryptocurrency receipts he used to buy the VIA clones and forge the documents."
"Do it," I commanded, my heart pounding with lethal anticipation. "I want every single digital receipt downloaded, decrypted, and weaponized. Arthur Vance wanted a war. I’m going to give him a massacre."
