Ethan met the federal agents at the corporate headquarters, providing them with full administrative bypass keys to all encrypted mainframe servers, physical vault archives, and executive communication logs.
Inside Arthur Whitmore’s executive office, investigators discovered hidden offshore bank accounts in the Cayman Islands containing millions of dollars in siphoned project funds, alongside detailed records of payments made to silence municipal safety inspectors.
In Harold Vance’s office, forensic specialists recovered the physical, original blue envelope containing Julian Parker’s whistleblower dossier, as well as the original, un-tampered copy of Charles Whitmore’s equity deed, which Harold had hidden behind a false wall in his private library safe.
By 4:30 AM, Arthur Whitmore and Harold Vance were taken into federal custody at their respective homes, handcuffed, and transported to the federal detention center in New Haven, charged with racketeering, corporate fraud, grand larceny, witness tampering, and conspiracy to commit second-degree murder.
