President Donald Trump Takes The Gloves Off - Democrat Activist Judges FIRED and Escorted Out

WASHINGTON, D.C. — April 21, 2026

President Donald Trump is draining the swamp deeper than ever before — this time inside the immigration courts themselves.

In a quiet but powerful move that sent a clear message to the radical left, roughly 50 federal immigration judges have been dismissed via simple three-line emails with no fanfare and no explanation. The era of activist judges who repeatedly undermined American law, blocked deportations, and granted special privileges to illegal immigrants is officially over.

President Trump is keeping every promise he made to the American people. He is restoring law and order not only at the border but also in the courtrooms that have been weaponized against the American taxpayer for years.

Many of these fired judges — mostly Obama-era and Biden-era appointees — are now crying foul, running to the media with claims of unfair treatment, retaliation, and even discrimination. But the American people see through the tears. These are the same judges who helped create a backlog of over three million cases while releasing criminals and ignoring Homeland Security warnings.

Take Jennifer Peyton, an Obama appointee since 2016. She claims she received her termination notice while on vacation with her family. No disciplinary record. Glowing performance reviews. Yet she was shown the door. She blames conservative watchdogs and even a tour she gave to radical Democrat Sen. Dick Durbin. Durbin, who has spent years obstructing Trump, called it an “abuse of power.” In reality, it looks like long-overdue accountability.

The immigration judges’ union is in full panic mode. Its president, Matt Biggs, admits about 50 judges were fired, another 50 transferred or pushed into retirement, and the rest now feel “threatened.” Good. When a bloated bureaucracy has operated with zero consequences for years, a reckoning was inevitable.

Another fired judge, Carla Espinoza in Chicago, claims her contract wasn’t renewed because of her gender and Hispanic last name. Yet the case that defined her record involved releasing a Mexican national whom Homeland Security had flagged for threatening the President. She dismissed the case anyway, calling it “fair.” Now she wants sympathy.

These dismissals are not about race or gender. They are about judges who consistently put radical open-border ideology ahead of the law and public safety.

Even Erez Reuveni — a former DOJ lawyer who once defended Trump policies — says he was fired after refusing to label a deported Salvadoran a terrorist. He now plays whistleblower, complaining that senior officials are fast-tracking deportations and bypassing activist judges. What he calls “manipulation,” millions of patriotic Americans call common-sense efficiency.

One of those officials, Emil Bove, was recently confirmed to a federal appeals court by a Trump-aligned Senate. The radical Democrats who spent years turning courts into political weapons are now watching their control evaporate — and they are terrified.

President Trump did not just promise to secure the border. He promised to end the catch-and-release nightmare and the rubber-stamp culture that has infected the immigration system. Firing activist judges is a critical part of that mission.

These former judges want the public to see them as victims of a “political purge.” The truth is far simpler: they abused their positions for too long, blocked lawful deportations, and prioritized illegal immigrants over American citizens. Now they are facing the consequences they never expected.

As one fired official whined, “One voice can be ignored. But a chorus… that can no longer be silenced.”

He is right — except the real chorus is not coming from these dismissed judges. It is coming from the American people who have demanded a functioning immigration system for decades.

Thanks to President Trump and strong Republican leadership, that demand is finally being met. The swamp is being drained, one activist judge at a time.

The radical left is in disbelief. Their house of cards inside the immigration bureaucracy is collapsing.

MAGA is restoring the rule of law. America First is winning in the courts and at the border.

We are winning big — and the American people are safer because of it.

Thune Erupts in Rare Anger, Blasts Dems for ‘Holding Government Hostage’ Amid Shutdown

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a rare and stunning departure from his typically calm demeanor, Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) erupted in white-hot frustration on the Senate floor Wednesday. Slapping the lectern and raising his voice to a fever pitch, Thune delivered a blistering rebuke to Senate Democrats, accusing them of "holding the government hostage" while weaponizing the hunger of low-income Americans for political gain.

The confrontation, which has quickly gone viral, marks the most heated moment yet in the nearly five-week-long government shutdown.

“MY ACHING BACK”: THUNE EXPOSES THE HYPOCRISY

The spark that lit the fuse was a demand by Sen. Ben Ray Luján (D-NM) for a standalone bill to fund the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) as millions of families face a benefit lapse. Thune, visibly exasperated, reminded the chamber that Republicans have already attempted to reopen the government 13 times, only to be systematically blocked by Chuck Schumer and the Democratic caucus.

“You all just figured out, 29 days in, that, oh, there might be some consequences? There are people who’ll run out of money? Yeah, we’re 29 days in,” Thune shouted, his voice echoing through the chamber. “At some point, the government runs out of money. My aching back. You finally realize this thing has consequences.”

THE SCHUMER HOSTAGE CRISIS

Senate Republicans argue that the impasse is entirely manufactured by Democrats who are refusing to sign a "clean" continuing resolution unless it includes billions in renewed subsidies for the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

While Democrats like Luján push for "one-off" fixes to save face on programs like SNAP, Republicans are holding the line for a full reopening that includes military pay and essential services. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) has introduced a broader bill to cover both food aid and our troops, yet Democrats remain fixated on their partisan healthcare agenda.

“This isn’t a political game,” Thune declared. “These are real people’s lives that we’re talking about.”

TRUMP APPLIES THE PRESSURE

From the White House, President Donald Trump echoed Thune’s sentiment during a Rose Garden event, flatly labeling the crisis the “Schumer Shutdown.”

“Schumer and Senate Democrats are holding the entire government hostage,” the President stated Tuesday. “They’re doing the wrong thing, and the public knows it.”

The White House and Senate GOP are in total lockstep: no concessions for unrelated partisan spending while federal workers go without pay and the nation’s safety net is strained to the breaking point.

A HIGH LEVEL OF FRUSTRATION

Following his floor speech, a more composed Thune apologized for the outburst but stood by his message. “I channeled a little bit of anger there,” he told reporters. “But it’s a high level of frustration. They realize this is a losing argument. They’re trying to buy time—and every day they delay makes things worse.”

Despite the fiery rhetoric, Thune noted that bipartisan talks have “ticked up significantly” behind the scenes. However, with the shutdown entering its 30th day, the American people are seeing clearly who is standing for the taxpayer and who is standing for a radical spending wishlist.
